Why Iron-Man 3 Makes Me ANGRY (Spoilers DUH)

Basically the entire problem stems from the fact that they set up The Mandarin finally being the villain  He is after all THE most popular of Iron-Man’s enemies. They set this up to be a huge terrorist organization that is out to kill the president, lead by the Mandarin.

The issue comes when they reveal that “The Mandarin : is just an actor paid to be the face of the destruction and isn’t a real guy at all, nor is he the leader. He is instead and incredibly stupid stoner British guy.
This then brings up the question: If the Mandarin isn’t a terrorist, then why does he want the president killed? This is never explained.

The REAL leader here is some scientist that they introduce at the beginning of the movie, who Tony blew off at some party once. The guy thus hated Tony because of this supposedly. The issue here is that this guy says he wants the president (For no clear reason) not Tony. Tony only gets involved and calls out “The Mandarin” on TV because his friend/bodyguard gets hurt by one of the mutants that this scientist made. (Extremis comics)

So technically, if Happy Hogan hadn’t been snooping around, Tony wouldn’t have been made involved in this at all, and they wouldn’t have attacked his house most likely. There was no reason to attack him because they wanted the Iron Patriot suit to use a a decoy to nab the president, not Tony’s suits.

SOOOO This guy hates Tony, but doesn’t include him in his scheme to kill the president, which because The Mandarin was a complete fake, he has no reason to want to do. This along with many other smaller inconsistencies (The “Prototype suit”) and the fact that Tony, after detonating all of his remaining suits, gets a surgery to remove the shrapnel from his chest permanently and then THROWS AWAY THE ARC REACTOR CHEST PIECE  make this movie a huge waste of time.

It does nothing to further the story, or Tony’s character, and blatantly spits in the faces of every fan of the most popular foe in the comics, while cutting very important aspects of the comic out for no reason.

Phase 1 was a very great job. Sure Iron-Man 2 didn’t help the story, but it didn’t need to because Avengers hadn’t happened yet. Now that we all know Phase 2 is in motion, milking any of these character’s franchises is just going to make people tired of seeing them on the screen. Either forward the story toward Avengers 2, or leave it alone, but don’t screw up the integrity of these characters.

Rules of Fashion #2

It is a very good idea to buy matching accessories, of many different colors, because an outfit can always be enhanced or even fixed completely with accessories of corresponding colors. Plus, it helps to have a nice large selection. (Mainly for chicks. Dudes, such as myself, don’t have too many variations on accessories)

If you’re a dude, find some that will go with literally anything you wear, such as i have done with my rubber bracelets.
